I joined prime mover fitness when I was at my heaviest weight (80kg). Prime mover began to become part of my daily routine and I would change everything to fit around my training. I had been to nearly every gym in Sheffield before Prime Mover Fitness and always felt demotivated after a few weeks. The classes were fun, challenging and always pushed me to new limits. I learned so much about myself and my body at Prime. I gained a wealth of knowledge about how I should train and how I should eat. I also gained a passion for training and was in awe of the skills the trainers had there. So much so that I trained to become a PT myself. I am now nearly 20kg lighter going from a size 16-8. I no longer have issues with food. My life is in control and I have the best team ever.
