Our Classes

This session focuses on varying styles of interval training, your overall fitness and stamina. This can involve battle ropes, dumbbells, suspension cables and kettlebell exercises. This class is for every level of fitness.

Core training focuses on the core area of your body. The stronger your core is, the better your balance, strength and movement. From beginners to advanced, the classes are for all fitness levels. 

This class is all about improving balance, coordination and fitness levels. 

For this class, you don’t need to have prior boxing experience. You will be taught the basics and you can take it from there. It’s a mix of boxing, fitness, hitting pads and fun. The classes are available for all levels of fitness.

Performance is the toughest class of the week, it involves heavy weights and interval training combined, it’s designed for whole body conditioning. This class is definitely something you should work up to.

This class is all about different movements. Throwing sandbags, flipping tyres, swinging sledgehammers, pushing sleds and punching the boxing bag are all a part of this class. This class is for intermediate levels of fitness.

If you want to improve your lifting technique and strength, then this class is for you. Intermediate levels of fitness can be a part of this class. Bench press, deadlift, squats and overhead press is included in the session.

This class is a combination of strength and cardio. It is usually interval training with a circuit of strength exercises and a circuit of cardio training all in one class. This class is for intermediate levels of fitness.

Both beginners and veterans can be a part of this class. Whether you want to increase your muscle tone, manage stress or want to develop stamina, yoga is a fantastic option.
